Terrible experience!!! I was impressed with the presentation, and decided to purchase. After purchase, I studied the materials and found out this is NOT what I thought it was, and realized I will not be able to do this job successfully. I requested a refund, as it was more than 2 weeks before the beginning of the course. I emailed my request, heard nothing back, so I called, and called again, and again, and again... Two weeks later now and I still don't have a reply from the company... On Monday I'll dispute with my credit card company. I must say that the people that answered the calls were always nice.
