The whole experience from the help I got choosing the sofas, a visit was even made to my home and a floor plan drawn to show me what they would look like in situ, to the communication as to when they would be delivered was perfect. I highly recommend Lazzoni.

Fantastic service by Samet Basak. Definitely goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the end product including helping pick the right color and help with his interior design skills to ensure the product fits well in your space . Sofa looks amazing and couldn’t be happier

My experience with Lazzoni was excellent end to end. When my spouse and I relocated overseas and some of our furniture was damaged in transit, I reached out to Lazzoni via email for guidance on resolving issues. To my surprise, they promptly called me and arranged a visit to my new home in London. Mr. Mehmet, along with his team, did a fabulous job addressing every issue with precision and timeliness. I am truly grateful to the entire team for providing exceptional service and a seamless customer experience. Witnessing such standardized professionalism worldwide is truly valuable.

Very pleased with chairs, which are good quality. The sideboard fits very well in our lounge, but there was a very small chip on the top. They sorted this out very quickly and it looks perfect now. The delivery was just over 12 weeks and it was installed efficiently on delivery. Very happy with the service and products.

We worked with Samet on choosing our dinning table, which has an amazing quality and design. He was very helpful at all times and assist us on finding the exact table we were looking for. We looked for a comfortable recliner chair whiteout compromising on the design, for a very long time. Finally we found the perfect recliner in Lazzoni. It combined beautiful design, quality & perfect comfort. The service we have received from Pedram in the Lazzoni shop Tottenham CR, London was exceptional. After receiving the recliner my husband was so happy with it that we have decided to buy another one for our bedroom. This time the purchase was done on the phone with Pedram’s assistance. He went out of his way to make sure we are happy with our recliner.

We were looking for furniture for our new apartment when one of our friends recommended Lazzoni. So we went there in December and I am very glad that we did. The staff were very friendly, especially Pedram, who was very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us to choose a perfect sofa and coffee table for our living room. I love the design and quality of the furniture in Lazzoni and I totally recommend it to anyone who is looking for an elegant and modern designer furniture.

On November 6, 2022, we purchased furniture worth approx. 10.5k USD (exc. VAT). After receiving our order, we encountered serious problems with the products. There were long and permanent scratches on the dining table chairs, texture defects, seam rips, and local stains on the seat where the same fabric was used. The sturdy seams of the seat started to loosen after a few uses and its shape deteriorated. The seams of one of the throw pillows burst. The corner of the bed frame arrived worn. We reported our first complaint on January 14, 2023. They admitted that the fabric was produced incorrectly and said it would be re-produced. After waiting for exactly 7 MONTHS after this notification, we received a delivery on August 12, 2023. The new sofa and chairs arrived in worse condition than before. The stitching problem was solved, but the permanent scratches that I mentioned in the first delivery were all over the seat and some parts of the chairs this time. Texture defects and pilling on the old sofa were also present in this one. As a bonus, the frame of the chair also arrived with major peeling. They first blamed the shipment, but when I proved that the same type of scratches were on the chairs in the first delivery, this suspicion was eliminated. After 7 months of waiting, phone traffic regarding these problems continued for a month. We were seriously discouraged and did not want to wait for another shipment, so we requested financial compensation for our loss at the end of August. We were hoping that, after all, they would not leave us as victims, at least at the last point. After all, the amount they would refund us would be less than the profit on a single sale of a company that sells at prices at least three times the market and positions itself as the "upper segment", right? Well, it wasn't :) Every time we reached them, we heard words like: "This issue will be discussed at the board of directors meeting.", "You will be contacted by the end of this week." We did not receive any response at the time promised to us and we were delayed for ANOTHER 3 MONTHS!. This process took a year in total. If you care about your money and time, if you do not want to be disgraced while trying to buy quality products and services, and if you do not feel worthy of being treated disrespectfully, you better stay away from Lazzoni. Edit: I tried to reply to the response from the company, but there is no "reply" button. After my review, Lazzoni TR reached me and they finally compensated my loss. Hence I updated my rate to 4 stars and I think it is quite generous enough, considering the whole experience.
