Ordered by phone Tuesday morning, delivered Wednesday morning, grass cut Wednesday afternoon. Excellent service.

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered a Hyundai lawn scarifier which I received within two days and extremely happy with the goods.

My order was dispatched really quickly. Unfortunately, on arrival the item had a manufacturing problem. I raised this with customer services who got back me very quickly. All was resolved within 4 days.

Having been let down by a supplier who advertised a positive stock level of Hyundai lawnmowers only for them to then state no stock available on receipt of order I researched an alternative supplier and tried L&P. When I rang no operative was available so I left a message requesting stock level and a call back. I received the call back within 10 minutes from Nigel who informed me that they had the mower in stock and if I was to place an order before 1pm delivery would be the next day. I placed the order within the hour and the mower was delivered next day to the NE of England. (Probably 24 hours from initial phone call to delivery) The mower was extremely easy to assemble and is of solid manufacture. I fully charged the battery and cut about 370 square metres of fairly damp lawn on one charge with one light remaining when finished. Superb service from L&M and quality mower from Hyundai.

Bought a Hyundai petrol pressure washer HYW3000P2, which didn’t work properly. The water pressure was inconsistent. I’d followed all the correct procedures. I contacted customer services and after sending a description of the problems and a short video, they diagnosed the hozelock auto stop connected was the problem and needed changing for the basic connector instead. I had this response within the hour, changed the connector and it works brilliantly. I would recommend the model as it’s far more powerful than my previous Karcher, without the hassle of an extension cable. I would recommend Lawn and Power all day long for speedy delivery, fast customer service response, and sound advice and won’t hesitate to buy from here again.

My Hyundai mower 430spe. arrived today as advised. All items complete in the box as advertised. After assembly the mower started first time. Have not cut grass yet as too wet! I found the website very informative and easy to use. Would use this supplier again and recommend.

Lawn and Power were the only online store which had the Hyundai cordless mower in stock. When I queried their availability by email, they got straight back to confirm availability. I ordered the mower on a Friday evening, out of hours and the mower arrived on Tuesday. Very happy with their service. The mower is great, too.

Ordered a hedge cutter attachment, had a problem with delivery,not at home to sign for the item, so more my problem than anyone else's. Contacted Glen at Lawn and Power, who offered to liase with the delivery firm and rescheduled the delivery for when I was home. Quality service, much appreciated.

We phoned lawn and power on Tuesday asked lots of question about buying a new shed they were extremely helpful we ordered the shed on Tuesday online and it was delivered on Friday of the same week, FANTASTIC SERVICE and amazing quality shed it is a really good quality shed, and amazing to find a company that is reliable and sells quality products with great customer service. We ordered a lawnmower at about 10.00 am Monday morning. It was delivered at 7.30 am Tuesday morning ! How good was that. Assembly of mower was simple and straightforward. We would highly recommend this firm.

Bought a Hyundai lawnmower from Lawn and Power at what seemed a reasonable price, 430 SPE, arrived promptly, quick and easy to assemble after a look on youtube, first push button start mower I've had but started first time, plenty of drive and a good cut. Happy so far.

Ordered a Hyundai HYM430SPE lawnmower online at a great price and it was delivered by 9.30 the following morning. Bearing in mind that I live over 100 miles away that’s great service all round. Have assembled and just waiting for the battery to charge before its first use. Some excellent features on the machine.

Reported fault to Glen, he took everything out of my hands, all I had to do was wrap my strimmer up for transportation. Glen kept me up to date with the repair. Best service I have had from a company for a long time. Definitely recommend buying from them.

Very quick service and when I had an issue I got straight through to a human, no annoying robots. Hyundai had forgotten to put the bottle of oil in the parcel, this was quickly resolved with no issue. Arrived within two days of ordering.

I emailed to check stock on my purchase, a Hyundai 24lt air compressor, I got a very prompt reply and after calling the company I ordered immediately. The guy on the phone (Glen) told me he would keep an eye out for my order coming through and would do his best to despatch that same day. We had a problem with our Baksaver Wheelbarrow which was out of its 1-year warranty, and Lawn and Power negotiated a solution with the manufacturer and replacement parts have been sent to me. This is TOP TIER customer support and I’m happy to have bought British again! Not only that the solution is ecological as it given new life to a product that otherwise would have been discarded
