The print is lovely and came well protected and wrapped up. However, the glass and cardboard panel was not attached properly in the back of the frame with the black clips - the top of frame was in securely but bottom was sliding around and sitting on top on the black clips. I had to trim the cardboard slightly at the bottom so it would fit properly then undo all the clips to line it up, involving taking everything out the frame. Not a huge deal, only took 5mins once worked out the panel wasn't fitting but would have preferred it fit in the first place. However, very happy looks great in black frame and absolutely love it on the wall!
