They state that their main goal is to help bridge the gap between the booming Chinese employment market and foreign job seekers looking for a new career in China, or just a change of scenery. Currently, over 500 companies are registered and active on the platform. This includes organizations such as BMW, CCTV, and EF Education First. How LaowaiCareer Works: LaowaiCareer was conceived with one goal, to create a bridge between employers and potential candidates in China. Because of this, the job search platform is tailored to both employers and job seekers in different ways. LaowaiCareer for Candidates: Probably one of the best things about LaowaiCarrer for Candidates is that it’s free. Not only that, but it offers services which the candidate can take outside of the job search platform. For instance, candidates can develop their own resume to industry standards on the site and then export it to PDF, allowing for them to use it wherever they want. LaowaiCareer will also offer free advice and guidance to candidates looking for new positions. It doesn’t matter whether they have experience or not, LaowaiCareer offers a huge range of different opportunities in China; from internships to full-time management positions. For candidates, LaowaiCareer really shines as a way to get your resume out there quickly and easily. LaowaiCareer was professional every step of the way. The service was easy to use and, simply put, I don't think i would have found as good of a position unless I was already living in China. With my budget constraints, I needed to make sure I had a good position lined up before I arrived. It took about a week from search to confirmation. I also didn't end up with a load of junk email because of signing up. The whole thing was contained in one place, on LaowaiCareer.com.
这个还挺好的，上线了两个月，功能比较完善，可以邀请客户投递职位。 最重要的是招聘助手可以给一些可行性的建议。 去年我们也用了类似的平台，但是那个效果没有这个好，我们主要是招聘销售类的岗位。这样可以为我们的额业务服务。两个月的时间报名60多个，其中10个比较合格的。面试了以后顺利入职了5个。 暂时够我们用了，以后需要了再上线发布。

A great company to work for. Really easy to cooperate with and the management makes the workload reasonable yet challenging. I'm sure that many people are worried about finding good jobs in China but this resource means that this won't be a problem in the future. I currently work with LaowaiCareer on a freelance basis, so I don't have a full work load, but I enjoy the work nonetheless, and I do believe that they are filling a gap in the market with their product. I look forward to seeing what they will do in the future.
