What went wrong THIS time? Once again, for the third time, we did not receive what we paid for. We bought a wall mounted fan for our bathroom and only received the fan blade, fan guard, and clips. I have sent pictures of what we received as you requested, and still no resolution. I request a full refund of the purchase price, tax, and shipping.
Lamps Depot has a great selection of lamps. Customer Service was very helpful and efficient.
I placed the order easily online and then waited and waited. The order was placed the first of October 2024. I contacted Lamps Depot by phone on three different occasions and each time, the person said I don't know why it hasn't processed. I resubmitted the payment on two different times because it had been so long. Finally after a month and a half of waiting, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. The person said he would have the warehouse manager contact me. The next thing I knew, the order was being shipped. I am happy with the lamps, but the customer service and timeline were very subpar.
Aweful service. Website said there were 600 units ready to ship within 4-6 days. Emailed inquiries on delivery times at 3weeks, 5weeks and 7weeks. They canceled my order after 7 weeks of no contact.
Lamp Depot had the lamps we wanted, they were exceptionally priced, and the purchasing/shipping process was seamless.
I found the lamp I was looking for at Lamps Depot which was sold out on other sites. Lamps Depot gave me an in stock estimate with updates. I was delighted when my lamp finally arrived and they followed up to make sure my lamp arrived undamaged and I was satisfied.
Order was placed on July 28th, on August 5th I got an email about a problem with my payment, I had updated my CC's expiration date and 3-digit, but for some reason it didn't save the changes I made. So there was a delay in shipment, which I can't blame on LampsDepot, other than the fact it took 7 days to catch the mistake. However, that said, the lamps were ordered because of a specific color I wanted... a darker bronze. Ordered: Medallion Lighting Balustrade 30" Madison Bronze Steel Table Lamp With Shantung Stretched Bell Shade Website pics and every pic out there on the web shows what looks like a nice dark bronze lamp, you can see where I am going with this.... What arrived was more silver than dark bronze... but the wife liked them, and they are sturdy, heavy, and well crafted lamps....so we decided to keep them. Again, I can't blame LampsDepot, but it's a little annoying spending over $500 on three lamps, only to find out it's not the color you wanted/expected. Not 100% sure I would order from this site again
They are the worst company I have ever been associated with. They have not refunded my money so not order from them ever. You will get ripped off never seen anything like this.
They delivered as promised. There was a slight issue with one broken glass ball out of over a hundred, and they immediately shipped out a replacement. Very responsive to my emails. Thank you.
Love the lamps. High quality. Have purchased lamps from this U.S. company before. Happy that Lamps Depot sells them. Lamps Depot sent the wrong style table lamps and corrected it by sending the ones we ordered.
I ordered this lamp in January and it did not arrive until April. The company emailed me weeks after my purchase for my credit card information. The email looked very sketchy so I called to confirm and see why this was needed. I was told because they had taken so long to process the order the payment expired. I was told someone would reach out with shipping information. No one ever did. I called multiple times for a shipping update. I never received one. The lamp took 3 months to arrive and when it did it was damaged (cracked).
Wasn’t kept updated on order. Did not receive free shipping as I should have!!!
The sconce lights I ordered were really great. We love them. It did take a long time to get them though.
My return experience has been very frustrating. I ordered a lamp that was backordered. I cancelled the order and a lamp was sent anyway. I didn’t even open the item and lamps depot has asked me to jump through hoops to return their product. After 5 Phone calls to customer service and 3 weeks I still do not have a Return authorization. I will never purchase from this company again. My experience has been beyond frustrating.
I ordered a lamp & night light from them as it was a bit cheaper than other stores... what a mistake. Charged my credit card the same day I placed order then kept getting... "waiting on warehouse to ship out".. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! 02/13/24 update: finally got the lamp but never received the nightlight so I thought I was saving a few bucks but in the long run.. this company is horrible!!
They did not stand behind their sale in November and made us pay more money in December to ship the product. Product made it two days before Christmas and was ordered before Thanksgiving. Customer service has no answer other than wait for email to when product ships
Lamps Depot delivered! it took a bit longer than I expected but the lamps I ordered arrived safe and sound. The company communicated with me throughout the experience so I knew what to expect. That means a lot these days. I'd order product from them again.
The quality of the light fixture is so nice. It is a wonderful addition to our home. Definitely completes the space.
Much like the reviews before this I had issues with shipping costs on this website. The website clearly states all orders over $300 are free shipping. I ordered light bulbs and didn't hear anything for a week and a half and then I got this email which I have copied and pasted. It reads: "Good Day! How are you doing? The goal of our company is to provide the best products for our customers and upon running a quality check on the items in your order, Our warehouse team informed us that fulfillment of its shipment will not be possible because of some damages. We have reached out to our third-party warehouse. The good news is that they have the item in stock. However, there is an additional shipping cost due to the size, distance, and weight. The shipping cost is $612. As our valued customer, we are happy to cover 50% of the amount. So you only need to pay an additional $306 to ship the item. Please let us know if you wish to proceed. Thank you again for doing business with us! We will wait for your response. Have a great day!" Seems like a middle man scam to me. Probably a company that outsources their products from smaller third-party warehouses overseas in the Asian market then trys to back load the shipping fees onto the customer after the fact. The only reason I am giving them one star is because zero stars is not an option. 0/10 would not recommend.
I ordered two pendants, because they were a bit cheaper than the other places. What a mistake! I waited weeks to hear whether or not they shipped. I just received a notification that they were damaged in the warehouse and that there would be an extra charge of $580 dollars to have them shipped from a different warehouse. However, because I was such a good customer, they would split to cost with me. Hahahaha! Do they think I'm stupid?
