Purchased custom made aprons from Kylemark. Excellent service, staff love the aprons, logo on them looks great. Fast efficient service.

Ordered two shirts online, paid in full. Was contacted a week later saying they could only supply one but it would be another week before they could ship it. When I asked for free shipping as goodwill they refused and then said they wouldn’t deal with me as they are a business to business site, and refunded the whole order. They were happy to send the item out until I asked for a goodwill gesture due to the issue they caused. Very poor service.

Great service, good quality garments and excellent embroidery. Staff are professional and very helpful, would definitely recommend kylemark.

I'd love to review this company accurately but unfortunately I keep being ignored so I could never follow through on my order. Initially they were quick to respond, answered all of my questions and I then ordered some garments to try before setting up embroidery. Garments were great though took quite some time for delivery (it does state this in website). One item was the wrong item sent but no huge deal as it was a large order and upon contacting them they sent me the correct item immediately. After making my choice, I made contact again to update my quote based on the specific garments. Was then told the embroidery would cost more and a set up fee would be added because I was ordering 14 items instead of the originally quoted 20. Ok not happy about that but understand so asked if they would honour the quotation if I ordered 20 items instead. No reply...chased up again...no reply...returned the sample items and waited 12 days without any confirmation etc (I sent them via courier so I knew when they had been signed for). Contacted them asking for an estimated waiting period before I could be refunded. Was told that it may take some time to process the items through the warehouse. Ok...15 days passed...chased them...no response. I noticed however that they refunded me the next day but no notification or response to my emails. It's such a shame that I never got to order the embroidered items to find out if the company is actually any good or not! I guess my money is not good enough for them. My initial impression was very helpful and thorough, but felt that as soon as they realised I was a small business with initially a small order, they just couldn't be bothered. Oh well, I guess if you're a large business they may be good, if you're a small business, good luck trying to make an order!

I have used kylemark for about 7 years now. From a single item to large orders, nothing a problem for them. Vast range of products available and are very keen to deliver what you require. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I also have no need to try and compare prices with other companies, as I know their finished product will be competitively priced. Courtney Plant.

We really like using Kylemark as nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.
