I really cannot fault them, great prices, good resources, rapid customer support via web chat, server was available in the portal instantly, built in about 2 minutes with my image. A good company to go for, EDIT: After using for a few hours i have found most VPS's on the lower end have low amounts of storage, and additional storage is very expensive even for small amounts limiting the VPS's practicality and expansion. My first encounter with support was great and really helpful, my latest encounter was really rude telling me "do not compare us to them" when discussing pricing for additional storage.

I've been renting a VPS here since April 2023, and the experience has been excellent. I've contacted support three times, and each time they responded quickly and provided helpful assistance.

I have recently started using this provider, and so far, everything has been going great. I had a few issues related to one of the VPS, but they were resolved in a reasonable time. From a new customer's perspective, it has been very great service. As for how it will be in the long term, I will update after 3-4 months of usage.

Two stars are the. VPS are fine but their aggressive payment demands are what’s wrong with them. Been waiting on a new card after getting my wallet stolen and my bill to them was due on the 18th. 19th I get an email about an over due invoice (fair) then notice they have charged me an extra £0.50… one day and being charged is insane then the service get suspended after 2 days… I have never ever had a tech company be so aggressive over an invoice. Normally it’s a weak Leeway to get your self together.

My experience with Kuroit.com has been nothing short of frustrating. The VPS I purchased is plagued with high latency and poor performance. Simple tasks take forever to execute, and the server frequently struggles with even basic operations. It feels like the infrastructure is severely underpowered and incapable of delivering the advertised performance. What’s worse is their customer service. Reaching out for support is a nightmare—responses are slow, and when they finally do reply, the answers are vague and unhelpful. They seem more interested in closing tickets than actually resolving issues. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Overall, Kuroit.com has failed on every front: unreliable VPS, unacceptable latency, and abysmal customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable hosting provider. Avoid at all costs.

When you contact pre-sales, they respond quickly. However, when their service encounters issues and becomes unusable, they neither check support tickets nor resolve the problems. Support is more important than the actual service, and I can assure you there is no support team in this company.

Previous Support has been generally good, however a recent issue with a domain renewal and loss of service has been far from satisfactory, with zero comms updates despite several requests and tickets automatically closing after 72 hours because no further posts. I have temporarily resolved the issue myself, I just hope they sort their act out and I am credited for essentially paying twice for a domain renewal.

A bit of an out of the way VPS (and others) service, with nodes all over the world. The setup is very easy and quick, and the entire end-to-end experience is solid and reliable. There are not as many fancy options available to your VM as with AWS of course, but more than sufficient to the technically inclined, to run a private VPN or proxy for family and friends, host a site or any other services you want.

Been with Kuroit for some time now, They are nothing short of amazing. Nothing I ask is an issue for them. I am running my whole business on the back of their hardware and I have never had an issue. The support is outstanding and they have as much personal touch as you need. No ask is too big, and they will happily build you a custom solution to fit your needs. The offered Cost of changing the server's IP was more than getting a second IP as was suggested on the price list

Horrible experience. If you pay in crypto they do not refund because of this reason and only offer credits on their medieval platform. It`s not like they dont receive fiat from the exchange when you pay. Also their support is terrible. 5-6hrs if you open a High priority ticket. STAY AWAY Later update : just to see how devious their support is. I have 2 opened tickets, one with a open discussion about their refunding in crypto which IS NOT in their TOS. Guess what they did after my review here : Close the tickets, deleted my server. This tells everything about their servise, so as i said : STAY AWAY !

Be Careful Guys, its Horrible company. Very small team of Marketing just selling very very low quality services. Support is almost non existence. After many tickets, My VPS server 2 Day is Down And they sayCan't fix That!!! SCAM!!
