The product itself is great, but they sell it at a higher price on their EU site compared to the Austrian site, which doesn’t offer international shipping. When I questioned this, they gave an unclear explanation about supposed taxes and simply told me I could return the product if I wasn’t happy. It feels unfair—almost like discrimination against non-Austrian customers. Disappointing customer service—I won’t be shopping here again.
