Kingdom Books Toys & Crafts is an accessible bookshop based in Leven, Fife and part of East Neuk Books Ltd. We are a Scottish bookshop in the Kingdom of Fife. Originally based in the East Neuk of Fife as a online Scottish bookshop we sell new hardback and paperback books including books by new authors and established favourite authors. Our second hand books for sale feature scottish literature, history, biography and antique and rare books. We promote Books are my Bag, World Book Day, Independent Bookshop Day, Poetry Day and other events throughout the year. Using our Gardlink supplier system we have access to 6 million new books and 6 million other items including toys, stationery, diaries, calendars, vinyl records and DVDs. The book I ordered is great but there were problems with delivery.
I never received the book and no communication or whatsoever, very upset because it was a gift for a relative in Canada.
They had the book I have been hunting for for ages and it was slightly cheaper than the generally advertised price. It arrived very quickly and in good condition- well wrapped.
Order arrived promptly in perfect condition.

Do not use this bookshop unless you can visit in person to see what you are buying. Ordered a book, as a gift, online following a telephone call, understanding this would be a new item. Received, almost three weeks later, a well worn and damaged book which was obviously not suitable to give as a gift. Did receive a refund, but not including the return postage. Will never use them again.

The Post Office failed to deliver my (promptly despatched) book to the correct address. However, Martin kindly picked up the cudgels and gave me a replacement book. Well done, recovering an otherwise frustrating experience.
Would recommend having a look or go onto web sight. I ordered two books came few days later. Martin the owner came to deliver my books but couldn't find house ,so he emailed me saying this.As he delivers books in local area to customers he has a disability. if I wanted to collect at shop or he would post them out.told him my granddaughter help in his shop just to give them to her.they do old books and new ,also cd ,records

Lovely book at a reasonable price and packaged and delivered quickly. We visited Fife in April and fell in love with Pittenweem, so hopefully by buying the book about Pittenweem Preserves from Kingdom Books, we are, in a tiny way, supporting the small businesses there.
Initial delivery failed but very prompt response to my complaint.
Book arrived in good time and well wrapped and in good condition. Very happy with purchase.
