I recently ordered a new Kendama from London Kendama. Previously all other deliveries had been very efficient. However this time, Royal Mail were striking and my package was delayed. I contacted London Kendama to inform them of the delay and the response I received was a great example of excellent customer service and communication. Excellent company to buy from, couldn’t recommend more.

Fantastic friendly service every time! I buy quite a few Kendama's for my son who loves them. Always fast reliable service with a personal twist, nice 'Thank you' notes and occasional extras which are very much appreciated. I was also Order No. 5000 last year and received a very nice extra gift as a thank you, really nice touch. Would definitely recommend.
They shipped the product very quickly. It took 4 days for it do arrive but that is because of the circumstances the world is in. They completed their job perfectly

Didn't know I could have as much fun with a bit of wood!!! Made my first order last week on a recommendation from a family member. Kendama London have a wide range of damas to suit all levels of a dama journey. Website is simple to navigate, easy checkout with prompt despatch and delivery, day and a half to be exact, oh and opening my purchase, a hand written message and a wee doodle which got a 👍👍 and a 😁 from me. Definitely use again.
