Went in and ordered and was told yep could be delivered late morning or by 16.00 as not that busy. Undelivered, phone call at 3.45 saying order had been missed off. Second time this has happened, pre ordered another delivery a week in advance and had nothing by 14.00 call the office and it was at bottom of pile and was told it probably wouldn't be delivered had I not called. Product was good once it arrived.
