Samples ordered and paid for and not arrived weeks later. Catchment area for Landscaping projects not understood by showroom staff. Landscaping team didn't know there was an incorrect map of their catchment area on Kebur website and we live too far away for them to do our project. Otherwise staff very helpful and friendly but a lot of time wasted by us.
We ordered 20mm shingle gravel - Bulk bag as we were trying to restyle our garden on a budget. The stones were much bigger than expected (very pleased, as we originally wanted larger stones). Our order arrived a day earlier than planned, but luckily we were home. The driver was very helpful. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend and use Kebur again
