As always great service from Kebur. Nice and easy online process with good comms and delivery as expected. Would have been nice to have a text and hour before delivery but I was in all day so didn't affect me. Purchased bulk bags of locally sourced top soil which was good quality plus fair price. All delivered with one bag of sand missing, so I had my issue resolved with. promised of delivery the following day along with another bag of sand, making two for delivery the following day. Only one turned up. I ordered more slabs and reminded Kebur about the missing bag of sand. I eventually collected both on the Tuesday. It seems there is a disconnect between the order taking department and the deliver/fulfilment group. Happily, my demand is small so it is just a nuisance. That said, if I were a big user it would cause significant disruption.
