My Oolong tea purchase got detached from its package, somewhere in the Royal Mail system, resulting in RM delivering an empty package & their sincere apology for the condition of the delivered package. I advised Karmateaco and two days later a replacement package arrived complete with Oolong tea. Suberb service and this tea tastes wonderful too.

3rd time back, loving the amber ceylon, it has a nice fruity sweet kick to it. Himalayan gold is nice flavour, surprised as it's not that dark in colour either. Nice brew, thanks

I've just bought the limited edition, fresh harvested, Darjeeling. I love it :-) As soon as you open the package the smell of spring comes out and it's a great anticipated of the outstanding taste. Bravo! Keep up discovering great teas!
Great quality and excellent tasting teas, customer service is first class. They didn’t have an ordered tea in stock so send an additional before sending on the original order, which was a good chance to try something else. Have and will order again.
