I have been using Kadonation quite often for group presents to colleagues and it works very well. The only hiccup I had was that when I extended the deadline, the system sent a reminder to colleagues in Dutch, although I had opened a group gift in English. (I work in an international environment.) So it was a bit embarrassing I had to send an e-mail in English to colleagues who do not have (enough) Dutch to understand fully what was in the reminder mail. If this had not happened I would have given the experience 5 stars.
I came with a short notice order and get it solved easily and quickly despite the fact it was season holidays. They managed my request with great professionalism. Tracking, email, shipping, they handled it all. I only submitted the request
J'apprécie beaucoup votre système de cagnotte en ligne tant de façon privée que professionnelle. C'est une manière très facile d'organiser un cadeau collectif et/ou de façon distanciée (surtout en période de pandémie). Il permet à chacun de contribuer discrètement et/ou de transmettre un message à la personne désirée.

Have been waiting for 2 days to get my voucher , which just left me with the sale item gone off the shelf … while it says that in minutes you will get the voucher … really disappointed .

Wij hebben het gebruikt voor afscheid van collega's. Heel prettig, gemakkelijk te beheren en doneren, maar mis wel nog wat keuzes in kadokaarten. Ik neem aan dat wanneer KadoNation groter wordt het assortiment mee zal groeien. ik ben enthousiast.
