Had an appointment for a quote for full house blinds today Monday 22 August 2022 supposedly between 0930 and 1300. Waited in all day and no one came or rang me. I tried calling the office several times and just got "phone is out of order at the moment" message. At 1445, I got a call from Nigel asking if he could call in 15-20 minutes as they were running way behind as they had had a shipment come in. I declined and said I had waited all day and no one had bothered to ring me so I had lost all confidence in them had I placed an order and had an issue with it. He did apologise but the damage had already been done. Good luck if you ask them to give you a quote!

Nigel was absolutely brilliant from the survey to the day of fitting. He Took so much are on his work. A true perfectionist and we are over the moon. We had our living room, a bedroom and a velux window fit. Thanks so much Nigel

We have just had our vertical blinds and perfect fit blind fitted by Gary from Just Blinds Sheffield. The customer service is excellent. Gary kept us updated throughout, even going the extra mile to ensure our blinds were fitted on time. The perfect fit blackout blind is amazing and will be a godsend when the little one is off to bed. I'd just like to say that my experience with this company was first class. I ordered replacement vertical blind slats with hangers and pet friendly chainless weights for my conservatory. At every stage i was kept informed about the progress of my order, correspondence was promptly answered by Amy. The product arrived today and was of an excellent quality. My new blinds fit perfectly and look absolutely superb. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking about replacing their blind slats.

I had both my kitchen wooden blind and patio door, perfect fit blinds fitted by Just blinds and cant fault them at all, the customer service given was fantastic from start to finish and the blinds look great, I would definitely recommend and i will certainly be using them again for the rest of my house.

Again excellent customer service skills and a really good ambassador for this company. Had dean from just blinds the Manchester branch come out to give me a quote. I was very happy with the price place order on the day of my quotation and given a fit date there and then. Had my blinds fitted today and i over the moon with my blind and the way dean left my house no rubbish no dust and was show a demonstration how to work my blinds. Plus rachael in the office is amazing and customer service skills is excellent highly recommend 5 stars all round
