Mijn bestelling was beschadigd en onvolledig aangekomen (postnl). Ik heb de bestelling daarna kosteloos opnieuw gekregen, superlief!!gelukkig ontbrak er niets. De koeken en brownies zijn lekker!
De koekjes zaten - per stuk verpakt in doorzichtig folie in een kartonnen omhulsel met daarin los de kaart. Een doosje o.i.d zou het kado meer recht doen, want je betaalt toch een aardig bedrag. Koekjes zijn wel lekker.
Goede producten, goede verpakking en goede waarde, mede door een speciale deal. Minpuntje: de levering was absoluut niet te laat, maar wel 3 dagen vóór de gevraagde datum wat niet prettig was omdat het voor een speciale dag was bedoeld. Vandaar 1 ster minder in totaal.
OK so these cookies are amazing- they look and taste incredible .....but not just that - the website is intuitive and easy to use - payment and pick up is simple - the ability to personalise the cookies is so fab- and Julie is a really lovely lady ❤️🥳 5 stars and highly recommended!
