Established in 1979. John Anthony is one of the longest running independent mens fashion retailers in the UK. It was one of the first retailers in the country to introduce a series of culturally significant brands in Menswear - being one of the very first doors in the UK for Vivienne Westwood, Stone Island, C.P. Company, Comme Des Garçons, Y-3 and many other collections that went on to become and still are major players in the industry. Since it’s inception, the business has grown steadily into becoming a destination store for mens fashion in five major cities in the south of England. Our outlook today remains unchanged. John Anthony looks to present a progressive mix of designer collections from around the world from established and emerging brands. Paying close attention to our customer service, mix of product and store environment - both physically and online. Great choice of clothes, shoes, accessories, have bought from the John Anthony shops before, this was 1st time using website, easy to use, eeasyy transaction, kept informed of status . Pleasure to use and buy from.
I bought a box of Armani boxers in size M for my husbands birthday- he only wears Armani and always size m. He tried one of the three pairs on, over his own underwear and said the fit was impossibly tight around the leg and he couldn’t wear them. I returned them the following day and received an email 2 weeks later saying they wouldn’t accept my return and i had to purchase a voucher to cover the postage for them to return them back to me!!!!!!! I write back saying they were not fit for purpose and my email was ignored so they kept the money and the product. After chasing my refund, two weeks later I’ve had a response saying they will not refund. Will absolutely not recommend this company and will ensure to warm others.
