Good delivery time and excellent care with item
Great service and presentation as usual. However, I was given a delivery slot of by 3pm, which was not achieved by the time I left the house just after 4pm. I then returned around 5pm to find the parcel stuck under my doormat, which on the main road was lucky to still be there when I returned.

Service is always outstanding and love the whole stone island range, and the staff are always so helpful. Could even be better if company were to let customers know when there order has shipped from Whitehouse to shop, I had to phone shop to find out the status of my order that I placed 5 business days ago. Luckily order was already in Southampton shop and after phoning shop a staff member 😀 phone me straight back so happy days 😀.

Bought a hoodie and paid next day delivery. It turned up with imperfections so I had to pay to send it back. Refused to give next day delivery cost back and return money also. Not sure why I had to pay this when the jumper was faulty. I won’t use again
