Had a large order helped me carry it to the van, and I got a few other bits and they chucked in a free item, when I ordered online one of the batteries was broken when they tested so they sent 2 lower ah ones instead which I was very happy with, and also had a part missing off of a drill and they ordered it for me to send over. They really are all about their customers!
