Same as High Lander unfortunately. I sent four boxes of almost new designer clothes dvds and books. Never got a buy now offer, items put straight online. A juicy couture tracksuit was advertised on eBay for sale but not on their site oddly enough. A lot of items disappeared, same as items I purchased from them. A beautiful brand new gothic dress was advertised for sale at £16 which sold amongst other stuff but I was still waiting for a payment months later. On reading it I saw that every time an item was sold jcm gave the buyer a huge discount which ended up putting my account more and more into debit. I think I managed to make 99p on the dress which cost £69! Gutted to say the least. I don't know who authorised them to give huge discounts to randoms but after selling over 100 of my items my account is now in arrears! I seriously wish I had donated the items (which had belonged to my recently deceased daughter and were immaculate) to a charity but I needed money to pay for her funeral. I don't believe anyone makes any money from this company and hope they learn that karma is one vindictive b***h!

I sent this guy a box of clothes, some designer nearly a year ago, as he was selling bulk items on eBay and I was trying to make a little extra cash after my husband left. I was arguing via email over payment. I have now 11 months later received £2.14p! eBay now involved and advised me to get the police involved. I'm gobsmacked at how unprofessional this man Is.He is desperate to take this down and I wish I could tell everything. It was worse than I've written. Isn't Trust Pilot a place where you tell the truth about your experience???

This is for their Background Removal Service. Simply, for the price they do an excellent job. The only thing I would like to see is a much easier way of ordering when you have credits available. Otherwise great job :)

I had a pile of items I wanted to sell on EBay but never got around to it, I kept putting it off as it’s a dull task to type a good description, find best postage options & queue at post office multiple times. I found Jason Carl Morgan site and loved how easy it was to have items collected and have them sell them for me.

I purchased Etscsv.com subscription to help upload my products online. Seemed like a really great although basic service. However when i found it was not uploading all the correct things and was missing loads out i tried to make contact. I was not able to locate any telephone contact details and there was only a support email. The problem with this is they take 3-5 days to reply. Therefore if you have any questions or problems you can send an email, 5 days later you get a reply, so if your having to reply to this it can go round and round in circles for weeks. eventually i gave up and stopped using the service and applied for a refund. After reading other reviews about a similar poor service i just wish i read those before. If the company invested some time to get the software working and be able to help customers who are paying a subscription then it could be a good product. but for now my review stand. I was asked to amend my review also which i have now done to complay.
