Quick delivery and lovely packaging
The delivery was as expected. The pipe is beautiful but I haven't smoked it much. I did have an issue with moisture collecting in the chamber but added a piece of meerschaum in the bottom of the bowl and it helped. I may start using wood filters in this pipe because I am more accustomed to smoking with them.
Amazed by the level of customer service, phoned for a last minute present and queried the delivery time a little worried I’d left it too last minute. Placed the order and to my great surprise I got a call from a wonderful lady who offered to delivery my purchase personally as she was passing my door on her way to visit family. My partner got his present and delivered with a smile, the only thing is I can’t remember the wonderful young lady’s name to thank her here. James J Fox are lucky to have an employee such as her and do hope your not shy in owning up to this compliment young lady.
