excellent customer service they supply a certain tobacco that my dad likes to use that is hard to get in shops and I came across James J Fox on google that supplies it and anytime I ring ( Amy) who I normally talk to is very helpful and always has a great phone manner. order is dispatched once I place it and it arrives the following day. great service !
