Ivy Exec offers executives jobs, career advice, and consulting engagements for senior business leaders and subject matter experts.
I have participated in a number of projects that utilize my knowledge and expertise. Ivy Exec is well versed in the survey and selection process and rarely do I receive an invitation to participate in projects that are not pertinent to both the needs of their clients and in alignment with my skill sets.
I think that charging candidates to apply for jobs is outrageous. No thanks.
Excellent and very helpfull
The folks at Ivy Exec are always very helpful and responsive to my requests. Excellent customer service!!!!
Good and detailed review provided
I was extremely pleasantly surprised with my call with Anastazija. She had reviewed and thought through how my resume should be improved, and gave a number of suggestions on how to proceed going forward. Very pleased.
I'm sure there are plenty of good things about this platform, but take the 1-1 resume advice with a pinch of salt. I was shocked by their blanket approach of giving everyone the advice of "black & white, old fashioned" (genuine repeated words throughout my session) - it is simply not good advice, and will mean that everyone who goes through this channel would wind up with the same undifferentiated CV - your first impression. That was a total put off. Might be ok for legal paths etc, but there's more instances than not where a bit of a personal stamp on a CV is a very good idea. Even when I challenged the advice saying I worked in design and marketing, that didn't seem to matter... crazy. My sister doubled her salary landing a six-figure job the next week using my CV format and design that was apparently 'a bit too different'.
Interesting mix of services. I serve as an expert advisor. About 30% of the survey requests are relevant (very good, compared to similar services). Not as many consultative opportunities.
Ivy Exec is highly professional and recommended.
Top consulting firm with detail services
Very rude customer service. If you look carefully at review sites, they have a lot of decoy sites, even with the word "Scam" to trick Google, etc. into having them at the top. The owner, Elena Bajic, has a reputation among the New York crowd as someone who never had Wall Street experience, yet is trying to make money from other's experience. From speaking to people who worked at her company, she is seen as a bully.
I was directed to the job application, uploaded a CV and required my credit card with the process to go ahead, what's wrong with this company?
