10th August I paid for a Xenta music system on 1st August. After I paid I was told it was not in stock and would be refunded. I received notice of refund but then the refund was cancelled in my paypal account. I am owed £89.99 which still has not appeared on my credit card since 1st August.

Collected laptop at 8pm on a Sunday and returned fully repaired next day. Excellent communication and quick service. Thank you.
