I started cyber security course with this company without knowing any single thing about I.T,they did not judge or laugh at me rather they were patient to see me through,I asked questions so many times and they were willing to answer me.i started the course in February 2022 and I finished in June 2022(I was determined and I got the best support system from them).in less than a month after completing the course,I got a job, they helped me arranged my cv to a professional level,they applied for so many jobs for me,infact I still get emails for interviews because of my cv.i will rate this company 10 stars😂(they deserve more than a 5 star).

I enrolled to this company for a Network engineer course so I could get in IT. The material they offer is pure garbage. It's so basic that it’s so hard to believe that you will ever find a job with what they offer to you. I am really sceptic about this job guarantee offer as well. I really don't think this company will do much to help you find a job. More than that. They ask for really high amounts of money. I am serious. First I had to pay little more than £1700 pounds for the whole course that they offer. Then, after I saw how bad their content is. I wanted to stop the training with them. They said ok, but they asked for a cancelation fee of how much? almost £1000 pounds. So much money for such bad content... Just take any other free content on YouTube and you are far better than this. Believe me! I felt scammed when I went through their content. On how stupid their training is. Take the other bad reviews for example. They also had problems with their content and also getting out of the company's contracts. Just read the other bad comments too. I had to pay my cancelation fee in full and then soon after, they contacted me to remove some very detailed reviews that I posted about them in exchange of a full refund. I received the refund but now I am posting this review as I am seeing yet more bad reviews describing similar situations in which I was. This is to warn any new people that want be trained by this company. Their content is of no good and their customer service is miserable. The only way I was able to recover my money was to post in details my experience with them. It was a horrible one. I will repeat again. The only way I was able to get a refund was because of the reviews I wrote which then they asked me to delete to get my money back. It's because I made this matter public!!!! This review represents my own opinion about this repugnant company which demands lots of money in exchange for garbage content! For any other facts such as amounts of money stated, I still have the contract and receipts from them. I have all the rights to share my own experience no matter if I received my refund already. The reviews are there to help the customers not the company. In the end, I'd like to say that they contacted me again threatening me that they will take legal action if I don't remove this review. But I will not!!! If you've had a bad experience with this company than post a review to make it public. Be very honest and let people know what you’ve gone through because of them. Gather and keep as much evidence against them as you can. Record their phone calls, their emails, everything wrong with their content while you still have access to it. Do this for your own safety so you can defend yourself if they play the "we'll take legal actions" card on you!

I have been with IT Career Swap now for two years. I was studying the Cybersecurity Course with them. This course had 18 modules, plus two practice labs, one mentor. The mentor will help in anyway possible to help with your studies. Well recommended study material with them.

Just sign up to the course. Abu was really helpful , explained me everything about course and I was able to talk to him even after his working hours ! Great experience in the beginning ! Highly recommend !

I was quite lucky to find this diamond among the other similar courses. First of all, I was attracted by the accessibility of the course and its broad profile. The whole team was amazing, they took their time in making sure that they answer all the questions I had and even provided additional information. I really enjoyed the training courses. They gave me the basic knowledge of IT Technician and the videos were very easy to follow, even for someone like me who had no experience at all and wanted to change career.

Good study materials and assignments helped alot.l finished the course in 10 months and 3 months later , l went to more than 4 interviews and finally got placed.
