Used this company twice to order short length pipe cuts that I need for my sculptures. The delivery spped is reasonable. They to either learn how to cut pipe straight or use a bench saw. Looks like it was cut with a handsaw using the most unskilled employee they could find.
Slow despatch, and really poor delivery experience. When I complained, complaint handling was appalling. I was told they were happy with the overall experience, and effectively I should stop moaning.
I ordered a soil click sensor from irrigationonline and 4 hours later found it was not needed.When I phoned the company they immediately cancelled order and refunded my money. Not many on line cos. are this good.
