I purchased the product, paid for next day delivery service. More than 48h and I haven´t received my order. Very disappointed.

It was not a good experience at first, because I did not receive my item on time, but it was not the company's fault, the fault was for the courier company, after two phone calls, I have received my item just in 24hrs, so for the effort and support I m giving a 5-star rating, recommend again for the shopping.

I'd found through a bit of interneting that a lot of professionals were recommending "One Shot" as a failsafe way of removing a sink drain blockage. They weren't wrong. This stuff did the business in 5 minutes and at a very competitive price too.

Bought fencing paint from Interior Finish Outlet but misjudged the volume so needed to order more. Time was of essence due to ground work needing to start and I wanted fencing to completed before hand. Re ordered on a Friday afternoon and paid for next day delivery. I received a call from Interior Finish on a Sunday to advise that they had run out of stock that they would deliver what they could and complete the delivery a day or so later. This has allowed me to replan what I was doing which under the circumstance is a huge help. Would it have been good to get everything on time, yes, but I ordered mid afternoon, online on a Friday. I suggest other suppliers would have said next day delivery on a late order would be at least another day. For this I rate them a 5*. I will be sticking with them for any future purchase, very happy with a very, very honest service!

Ordered some masonry paint but turns out it wasn’t actually suitable for the type of finish I have on my exterior walls. The nice bloke I spoke to happily talked me through and gave me lots of useful info on what products I would actually need. Really appreciated the help, as it turns out - I didn’t have a clue!
