The process started with a free consultation. The technician came to my home and assessed the condition of my walls. He explained the benefits of cavity wall insulation and answered all my questions. Insulating homes have just insulated our loft and what a great job they made of it. The 2 guys worked so hard to complete the work on time and not only have they improved the efficiency of our home they've left the loft looking 100% better than it was. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Communication with insulating homes. The office talked me though every step and when I had queries they promptly replied with thorough information. The team that came to my house were very friendly. They worked quickly and left my house in a reasonable condition, especially considering the weather and where they were working.

I'm very happy to have used Insulating Homes to fit internal insulation throughout my property.They were very amenable to offering a series of quotes for different options (internal or external) and the work was completed to a high finish, the tradesman always taking care and willing to explain each stage of the process and how they were progressing. Insulating homes did a fantastic job. The guys arrived promptly and made sure every effort was made to cover my stair carpet ahead of them starting work to ensure it would not become dirty before they started to insulate my pitched roof loft. They were all really polite and very professional ensuring everything was done to a high standard. I’m so pleased we had this done as we’ve noticed immediately the difference the insulating has done as my landing and stairs were always on the cool side. Now it’s been done we’ve noticed the difference which will hopefully follow through into a saving on our heating bill. Thank you guys you did a marvellous job.
We had our loft insulating around spring and were told that it would make a significant difference to the house feeling warmer. Unfortunately this has not been the case. The house remains very cold hence we are using a lot of energy having to put the heater on. I contacted insulating homes and asked whether they could send someone to view whether the work was done properly however they sent me pictures of the work they completed. I spent thousands on this insulation and would not recommend.
