Do NOT use this travel Company!! I booked a holiday with them and as soon as I had, realised I had made a mistake, but my bank advised I was unable to cancel. I had to pay an extra £70 to take 2 x 10kg cases on board, which they argued several times was included in my booking. I paid £100 for a Superior room upgrade, which I did not receive! Also the transfers I was persuaded to book, which were more tha the price told, did not turn up! A very expensive learned, This Company need closing down.

Just booked our 2023 holiday with a lady called Laura Slater . We were given lots of great hotel recommendations and matched us up perfectly to what we requested with great service . Can highly recommend this lady and will passing her number to all our friends .

A warning about a travel agent - Laura Slater - operating as Luxury in the Med, cheap med holidays, vertical travel group and my holiday booking among others. We booked a big family group holiday to Ikos Olivia and later got an email from EasyJet saying our flight time & airport had changed which was unacceptable for us. When I spoke to Laura, she said it wasn’t possible to cancel and get a refund or change flights. Then she said it woukd cost HUNDREDS of pounds to change the flights! I spoke directly to easyJet who said they woukd give a full refund or credit voucher or free change. DO NOT USE LAURA SLATER! Response to your response: unsatisfactory and inadequate. No explanation for the false information given and lack of apology.

Great service. I have booked several holidays with Instant Holidays and have always received excellent customer service – the reservations team have always been courteous and helpful with all my travel requirements. A holiday we booked for 2020 was affected because of the pandemic. We were offered a refund or to carry it over to 2021. We chose a refund which was processed promptly and without any hassle. Instant Holidays are our go-to tour operator when it comes to all our holidays. We have already booked our family holiday this Summer to Spain which we are looking forward to. Samantha Marsh.
Horrendous from start to finish - 18 months in and still chasing refunds. Having to claim directly from Ryanair despite the so called confidence/assurance of using an ABTA travel agency for flight + hotel. NEVER ever again using these (or the many names they go under - Vertical Travel Group, Ikosholidays...probably more! Always book direct with IKOS/Sani.
Absolutely shocking ‘service’ from a certain employee mentioned on previous reviews. When faced with an issue, everything was flipped on its head and we were made to feel it was our fault! Avoid at all costs.
We booked 2019 for Ikos Andalusia. Due to pandemic we moved to 2020. Our holiday 2021 was cancelled so we requested a refund. We were told the SUPPLIER was holding our money and we couldn’t be refunded until they were reimbursed by the supplier. This is NOT TRUE! Ikos are not holding any monies from agencies and this has been confirmed by an Ikos employee. If you’ve booked with Instant holidays then contact them again and demand your refund. Fortunately for us we were refunded eventually but don’t listen to any excuse from this agency
Terrible organisation Despite overseas travel being illegal they refuse to move a holiday date or provide a refund. Laura just talks at you with the same rhetoric but won’t listen to any reason. A total scam as I am sure they will have received refunds from the end hotel (IKOS) Pathetic
Our holiday was cancelled as expected, we were told someone would contact us within 2 to 4 weeks to discuss our refund. In less that 2 weeks our money was back on our credit card. We have had several holidays cancelled with various travel agents and have waited as long as 4 months for our refund. Thank you Instant holidays for the excellent service.
It is only when something doesn't go according to plan that you find out how good a company really is. It's been an horrendous year for holiday companies and I have just claimed a refund from Instant Holidays for a holiday that can no longer go ahead due to government restrictions. The service was exemplary, from notification that the holiday had indeed been cancelled, to options being explained by our excellent advisor Barbara Maddocks. Barbara assured us that whatever choice we made she would do her best to support us and she did! Within a matter of days, following our request for a refund the money was returned to our bank account. Big thanks also to Emma and Catalia for processing our refund so efficiently. ONE CAVEAT, personally, I will not fly Ryanair again, they make customers claim a refund separately to their other holiday cost, the documentation they ask for is excessive! Again Emma helped me to navigate the process, I have had confirmation from Ryanair that they are now checking our documentation!! You can book with this company with confidence that they will do all they can to meet your needs.
Total Scam - trying to represent IKOS and pretend they are them. Terrible provider - want full money before holiday. Book with IKOS directly and you pay on leaving the hotel and they provide free cancellation upto a month before your holiday - no questions asked!
Just got off the phone after booking my holiday to Greece for this summer. I was recommended to book with Laura Slater by a family member and I'm so glad I did. She was really friendly and knowledgeable and suggested the perfect package for me and my girlfriend to make the most out of our stay. We got a great deal, I'll definitely be booking a future holiday with her again. She was brilliant, highly recommend!
Do not touch this business. They cancelled our holiday and took £7300 of our hard earned money. No word on a refund, they completely ignore us They represent Ikos, I am contacting them now directly
Booked a holiday to Ikos with BA flights for August 2020 - they were very insistent to take payment and now that the resort is closed, I’ve had to ask for a refund - they do not respond to the numerous emails I’ve sent. Find this incredibly unprofessional and worrying. Not sure if I will ever see my money back. I will never use them again. Please don’t make my mistake.
Cancelled holiday (understandable) in May 2020. Partial refund received. Still 40% outstanding more than 3 months since departure date and 4 months since cancellation. Excuse after excuse, no end to the saga, would have given up if it wasn't such a considerable sum of cash. Clearly not their fault the holiday was cancelled; reaction/care/desire to resolve is non-existent.

Don’t book with them! Please stay away! We are about to start a court case against this company as they have not been honest in refunding us our money for holiday.
