My husband's bracelet arrived in time for Valentine's Day, however, I ordered the wrong size. No problem. We called and they told us how to return it for the next size larger. The "Free Shipping" still applied and we couldn't be happier. My husband said it's exactly what he wanted!

I've always received my orders in about a week. I never pay tax or shipping charges and I like that. If they were out of an item, they informed me and quickly reversed the charges. They are a reliable company to do business with.

When I originally placed my first order, I wanted to see your product. At the time I placed it, I was NOT informed it was on back order - for almost 2 months!!!!
