I live in the United Kingdom and ordered some Pendleton blankets from Indian Traders on a Monday. In spite of them being sent from the U.S, I received them just 3 days later! I've ordered from many sites in America before, but have never had such fast delivery. I also found that my enquiries were answered promptly and satisfactorily. The items themselves are absolutely stunning and of the highest quality and were very well packaged. I will most definitely use this site again and already have my eye on another beautiful blanket.

UPS lost my shipment. Indian Traders contacted me and sent out a replacement in 2 days. Customer service above and beyond! I definitely will shop with them!

I purchased one of the beautiful Pendleton Crib blankets and realized it would be too small for my purposes. I called Indian Traders and talked to a wonderful human who was very helpful in the selection of a new blanket, patiently explaining the differences. He needed to check availability and called me right back with answers. Overall a very delightful experience.
