The team at IndiaNIC exceeded every expectation we had. We brought to them a concept for an App we wanted to create and they quickly created a scope of work that included detailed costs and timelines. I worked with a Project Manager (Bhavin) that was extremely responsive to coordinating our requests to the project team. On multiple occasions the team worked extra to keep the project on the original timeline we set out for despite changes we had to make to the original scope of work. The resulting app that they created was incredible and a major testament to the team that they have created and the processes they have in place. I would highly recommend IndiaNIC to anyone that is looking to develop an App or another custom technology solution.
After months of these guys chasing me for work, I gave in and commissioned a job. The end result was so poorly produced that I ended up re-building it at my own expense. We have a very tough mathematical platform to build, using millions of data points and hundreds of equations and mapping. While at times it stressed both sides, the final product is exactly what we wanted and asked for. We couldn't be happier with the final product. In fact, we just requested an additional build from them.

Working with Indianic has been a pleasure since day one. From the moment I started discussing the project with them, I could feel that I was talking to real professionals. This feeling kept going as we dove deeper into development and now after finishing phase 1, I can say that the work they've done has exceeded my expectations. Our app has been published for 2 months now and I have only met with good reviews and happy customers, and even the most demanding user (me) has never been so happy. We developed this app before with a previous company to very disappointing results, and the difference users have seen between our old app and the one Indianic has developed, is huge. Now our business is finally thriving and marketing has become easy due to the sheer quality of the product. On every stage of the process, the team assigned to our app has been incredibly hard working, efficient and comunicative. There was no moment in the whole year where we felt lost or where we didn't know what was going on. The team, and specially the project manager Leena Amarnani, guided us in every single step of the way, listening to all of our requests but also advising us on the optimal way of developing each feature. Anyone could've sworn she was part of our company since she put so much thought and care into every detail of our app, like one of our own. What astounded me the most was the responsiveness to all of our requests, changes and questions. It's amazing how I could report a bug or request a change one day and seeing it flawlessly fixed in less than 24 hours or sometimes the very same day. I can not complete this review without mentioning the time where, on the last stages of development, I told the team that the app needed to be ready in 9 days since we had a big launch party organised, and even though it wasn't enough time to get the app fully ready, they brought in more resources and worked tirelessly through the weekend to get the app ready for launch day. They achieved this and the launch party was a total success... Not only are we dealing with professionals here but also with kind, good-hearted people, who always put our interests first. We always felt safe and taken care of. Both Leena and Hiren Gadhvi (Indianic's AVP) have in different occasions helped us achieve this project by reducing costs (without sacrificing quality) and making it easier for us to assume the investment we've put on this project. I am forever greatfull to both of them. I could go on but I'll finish by saying that I always felt in good hands working with Indianic. I never doubted that the final product would be exactly as we wanted it to be. I'll trust them with the following phases of our product and I know I'll trust them with any projects I may have in the future.

Hey everyone, Let me tell you about the time I threw £16,000 down the drain with a company called IndiaNIC, dreaming of a sleek e-commerce site for my business, SIRRI. What a journey it's been - and not the fun kind. Imagine trusting Bhavin Batt and Kiran Jadav, the big names at IndiaNIC, only to end up with a website that's as functional as a chocolate teapot. Promised a smooth ride and a project wrapped up in 6-12 months, I ended up on a never-ending carousel ride for over two years. And the prize? A website so broken, it's practically a digital wasteland. Every penny of the £13,000 development cost and the extra £3,000 on AWS servers felt like money tossed into a black hole. I've got a treasure trove of chat histories and recordings that paint the real picture of what went down. It's like a saga of broken promises and shrugged shoulders when I asked for a refund or even just a path forward. They claimed they delivered; I say they delivered a mess. We have engaged with IndiaNIC for the development of an Educational platform. The team was very collaborative in translating the idea into a product that met our expectations. These guys are very professional and very polite and they helped me to build my website and after completion of time frame work they worked for me and my company website beyond the time line, the good things is they are easily available on phone whenever you want to reach them (they won't make you excuse to attend calls) and you can get work updates on your email id at the end of the day. Mr. Bhavin was the senior developer of my website he helped to and explained me everything in very details on phone calls and zoom call whenever i need it.
