George and Clayton at Imaginative HR showed empathy to the group that were in consultation / transition and knowledge of the options and next steps. When asked about a specific option for more detail they were happy to take a 1-1 meeting to go into the topic. Thanks

I remember being so anxious about the next step. Had started a few courses and when I connected with George, talking from their expertise made me steer towards an even better career path. The stress of a CV of international level was smoothly guided by George, super super happy with the connections we had. Thank you George, light to you.

They gave me some valuable advice when I was made redundant this time last year. We looked at lots of different jobs that could be of interest, I was also assisted with refreshing my c.v. Thanks again

I had a great deal of support with my two sessions with ImaginativeHR. They helped me to focus on my core values first and then to the potential job opportunities I was looking into. It's so important (especially when you changing at my age 56 years old) to focus on the bigger picture (values, skills) while realistically mapping your profile to a potential employer. One thing I am sure of is that I want to do something I enjoy and believe in, not just earning a nice salary. Clayton and George helped me to do that from re-thinking my C.V. to mapping my soft skills and specific competencies to a possible career path.

I am grateful for the support, advice and patience I experienced with Clayton and George last year as well as Clayton's follow up this year. They were super helpful though we were separated by distance with a time difference. The Lumina Portrait exercise was also an eye opener; it made me step back to review and reassess my own strengths, blind spots, personality applications and suppressions and embark on further self development. Keep up your great work!

I was made redundant at the age of 55, after 20 years working as a nursery practioner. George, Clayton and the team were amazing, giving me plenty of help and support, particularly in creating an uptodate CV (something I had not done for for a very long time) they also gave me the confidence to sell myself and stand out from the crowd during an interview. I applied for 2 jobs and got offered both. I have changed direction slightly from working as a Nursery Nurse to now working for the local authority as part of the Early Help and Preventative Services. Without the support form imaginativeHR their might not have happened. Thank you.

I lost my job due to redundancy last September, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to carry on with what I was doing or go into a different job but George helped me realise that this is what I want to carry on doing. They helped me re-write my CV to highlight the things that made me stand out to others and they made me go after for the company I really wanted to work for and because of that I am now doing the same job in the place I’ve always wanted to work for and I absolutely love the place I am at now and I honestly don’t think I would have got where I am now without the help of George. I would highly recommend:)

This is an excellent company with staff who are incredibly competent, empathetic, friendly and professional. They helped me when I had been made redundant and were just fantastic. They knew exactly how I was feeling, fitted around my schedule and were always there. They provided roadmaps, contacts and all the assistance I needed, and much, much more. If you need help to get back into the job market, then these are the people for you.

I was made redundant after working at the company for 17 years. When hearing the news I was in complete shock and worried about my future. Imaginative HR was a great support for me, helping me with preparing and writing cv’s, giving me the belief I could go out into the work force and get another job. My worries were my age and lack of confidence in myself, but I was given the support that I needed to do this. With the belief I could do this my first two interviews I was lucky enough to be successful, being offered both jobs. Without the support and belief Imaginative HR had given me I really don’t think I would have been able to do this, thank you for this Imaginative HR.

Excellent experience with Lisa, whose coaching helped me unlock some decisions and move forward on my career journey. She also sent me some useful extra information around CVs, interviews etc. A write up of our discussion after each session was also much appreciated.

In March 2024, I utilized ImaginativeHR's career orientation and CV review services, and the guidance I received from my career coach was incredibly effective. Their consulting services made the difference to secure a Senior Analyst position shortly after the first month.

As I've reached a cross-roads in my career, Clayton has supported me through key decisions using the Lumina Spark framework. Clayton has supported me to understand some of my professional strengths as well as areas for development. This has enabled me to look constructively at my career development and trajectory, and strategically align with opportunities that were in the horizon (which I have since progressed into). I would highly recommend Imaginative HR.

Super supportive! I was put in touch via my employer upon being given the news that my position was being made redundant. Lisa Ashworth was an absolute godsend when it came to helping me rewrite my CV, she helped me to highlight my best points and skills (something I'm notoriously bad at!) and I honestly believe that my refreshed CV greatly contributed to picking up new employment straight away. Despite being very anxious and unsure of where to start, Lisa was incredibly supportive and guided me perfectly to get the absolute best outcome possible. I would strongly recommend getting in touch with ImaginativeHR in any similar situation, and any others, if looking for assistance in getting the best out of yourself when looking for a new venture.

After being made redundant after 24.5 years I was concerned about finding a job in the social media age. The coaching and insight I received from the team at ImaginitiveHR was invaluable in allowing me to know how to start looking for a job and has helped me immensely in navigating the many new channels that there are for finding work.
