I was made redundant at the age of 55, after 20 years working as a nursery practioner. George, Clayton and the team were amazing, giving me plenty of help and support, particularly in creating an uptodate CV (something I had not done for for a very long time) they also gave me the confidence to sell myself and stand out from the crowd during an interview. I was made redundant after working at the company for 17 years. When hearing the news I was in complete shock and worried about my future. Imaginative HR was a great support for me, helping me with preparing and writing cv’s, giving me the belief I could go out into the work force and get another job.
