Ohwohl ich am Anfang zugegebenermaßen ein wenig skeptisch war, haben sich die Recruiter bei IgniteSAP (und speziell Hugo als mein direkter Ansprechpartner) viel Mühe gegeben, mich mit den richtigen Unternehmen in Kontakt zu bringen. Während des Vorstellungsgesprächs versorgten sie mich mit hilfreichen Informationen und halfen mir geduldig und freundlich, mich auf jedes Vorstellungsgespräch vorzubereiten. Und auch danach, unterstützen sie mich, wo sie nur konnten. Ich kann die Zusammenarbeit mit ihnen also nur wärmstens empfehlen (vorrausgesetzt natürlich, man spricht ein wenig Englisch;)). Durchweg eine positive Erfahrung für mich!

Ich bin durch den gesamten Recruitingprozess sehr professionell begleitet worden. Vor jedem Interview gab es ein Briefing in dem mit der Ablauf des Interviews, der Interviewpartner und Wege in die das Gespräch gehen könnten nähergebracht wurden. Nach jedem Interview fand ein Debriefing statt in dem ich meine Erfahrungen schildern konnte und dies von SAP Ignite eingeordnet wurde. Ich war perfekt vorbereitet und für alle vier Interviews der Serie bestens präpariert. Die SAP Ignite Partner haben höchste Branchenkenntnis im Bereich Beratung und direkten Kontakt zu den Stellenvergebenden.
