I was looking to get donations together for a local Irish church, all coming from the United States. A miscommunication with the diocese prevented me from sharing the information. I reached out to iDonate.ie and not only got an email response bu Mark took the time to make a little video walk through to show me how to navigate the site that I could explain to my family members. His customer service was well above and beyond what was required.
