Excellent customer service on a bespoke shower enclosure Ideal Glass designed and installed for us. The workmanship seems really high quality and the new shower has really added the wow factor to our shower room. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to use them again.

Made to measure shower enclosure 2 angled pieces of glass and angled door on hinges. Job was completed in a month and i was impressed with Christian who did the quote and all site visits, measurements with lasers and ordered glass for me. He returned and fitted the glass enclosure and was punctual. I am pleased with the standard of handles and fixtures provided too. It should last forever. The quote was expensive but fair.

Excellent service. 3 Juliette balconies, 2 bespoke shower enclosures and one made to measure mirror. All extremely complicated in their own ways, but Ideal was up to the task, quick turnaround times and turned up when they said they would. A real find.

Ideal Glass and Glazing fitted a bespoke Shower enclosure in my bathroom - They measured, cut and fitted the enclosure, and did a great job. Emma and team were quick to respond, and were very helpful. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
We recently had splash backs fitted in the kitchen, they look really good. The job was done professionally as was all communications. My only gripe is that the men fitting didn't wear shoe coverings. I would definitely recommend the company and feel their charges were reasonable.
All started well. But there were two cancellations made for the dates agreed at very short notice. Only heard two weeks later after the first delay for a follow up date for fitting the glass. When the fitters turned up they had the wrong size glass. So they had to come back 4 days later with new glass. They left mud all over the tiles, not wearing shoe covers or putting mat down. Communication by Allun and Emma was really poor, after promising on multiple occasions to call me back or send me emails, and they never did. I had to keep chasing them with phone calls. Many phone messages left weren't relayed to Emma, even though they were urgent. Positive is that after a long time in waiting, the shower looks great.
Ideal Glass recently measured and fitted a bespoke shower screen for our new bathroom. They did a superb job, understanding exactly what we wanted to achieve and how best to deliver that. Amazing company and incredible service. We had three tricky staircases which needed glass balustrades and Ideal Glass & Glazing have done the most amazing job. They came when they said they would and have installed a fantastic product which is beautifully finished. High recommended.
