Our creative agency has recently commissioned Ibex to produce custom presentation boxes for some of our luxury brand clients in the automotive and consumer electronics industries. Given the high value of the products themselves, it was essential that the packaging of ancillary products and accessories maintain a similar high level of precision and quality. Stephen and Michael have done a superior job of implementing (and improving) our design requests. The boxes use elaborate foam and foil details that have remained consistent through production runs of between 100 and 500+ pieces. I have worked with Ibex packaging for few times already for custom packaging for luxury brands. It is very rare to find a company that makes custom boxes/packages for you not only with custom prints, but with custom sizes & shapes as well. It is also very rare to find a company that doesn't have a minimum order requirements. The production process is amazing - they send you 3D images, in process images, templates, proofs. As for the delivery, they use DHL, and this has been most easy delivery service so far which for the last minute orders and deadlines DHL seems to be most trustworthy. And lastly, customer service is amazing as they are with you on board from the start till the end. Thank you!

The whole process from beginning to end was amazing. My order was received in a timely matter and Mark was amazing and went above and beyond to help. Quality material and quick service

I normally don't leave reviews but after receiving my fulfillment, I had to express my appreciation and satisfaction of my overall experience with IBEX. I've spent a lot of time trying to find the right packaging vendor so I was very happy to have found IBEX and work with Stephen and his team in helping me bring my project to life. Overall time took just one week, from design approval to in-hand delivery (I'm in LA). No other vendor I talked to was able to match IBEX's quick turnaround, excellent quality, personable service, competitive prices, and lower-than-most MOQs. Stephen was very patient with me each step of the way and made sure I had a mocked up proof of my boxes each time, regardless of how small the edits were. The quality on these look amazing and I wish I could share a photo on here. I'd personally recommend them to anyone looking for a packaging solution. Thank you Stephen and team!
