I have had no problems with Hyvor. In fact, they are the best of its type I have come across. That is why they have been given a 4 Star rating. The 5th Star is given out too often. It should be saved when someone from a company goes out of their way beyond expectations. So far I have not had anything directly to be in need of such customer service. Therefore I will still say that they cannot be beat with what they offer of which they are able to expand for our benefit. Now we just will wait for someone to use its customer service to see if the individuals running the place are as good as they are for everyone and the person who gets quality customer care service must come out here and give that cherished 5th Star.
