Response was timely and efficient

I have been a happy customer for several years now. The prices are great and the quality of the servers is really good too. In the past with other hosts there were countless issues with networks getting saturated or other customers using the shared resources too intensively leading to performance degradation. If not that there were drive failures and we lost lots of data and many hours spent on development and just setting the servers up. I've never had any of these issues with Hyonix so far and have been with them for over 4 years now, needless to say uptime has been impeccable. In fact, the only time I can recall any minor downtime whatsoever was when they were upgrading hardware for one of my servers and the downtime was very minimal. I'm not sure how they can offer such great prices and quality on their Windows servers given the costs of licensing WIndows servers when I've looked into it personally but it's impressive and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else and hope I never have to! Finally, their support staff are really friendly, helpful and very fast to answer, what more could you want? In fact the support staff are the main reason I took the time to write this review as they were great helping me with something recently.
