Faulty goods received, replacement came and was also faulty, 2nd replacement ok. Communication around returns non existant.

Really disappointed by the guitar I got from the shop. It was listed as mint, and it was far from mint. Scratches and worn finish all over the body. Very upset.

I do not often leave reviews but I have to say that this business is outstanding, I purchased the Line 6 helix which had a problem and they immediately sent me a replacement and also collected the one that I had. I live in the Northeast and always worry about buying products online especially from out of my area but this business inparticular make sure that you get all the care and attention that you require if I could leave six stars I would. I went for the triple driver iE3.A units and have not been disappointed! Excellent clarity & presence without sounding harsh, and enough low-end extension to get a good clear mix of the whole band.. Professional and friendly service from Lewie and the team, highly recommended!
