Great choice of gifts across the website and super speedy delivery. However the flask I ordered arrived with a dent in the side and dirty finger prints. Parcel was packaged very well so I suspect this was already damaged prior to packing. Items should be checked thoroughly before being dispatched. I have emailed Hurn&Hurn and awaiting a reply - I understand these things happen so hopefully will be resolved.

Normally I would give 5 stars but last time I was buying items the site would not let me use the discount code you had sent. I queried this online and received no reply. I rang the service desk and there was no answer and a recorded message saying that I could not leave any message as it was full. No one ever came back to me even though the items were still in my bag. I have subsequently purchased 3 items but not as many as I would have if someone had contacted me and resolved my query.
