Overall the course is excellent. Good content, simple to follow and clear. It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for a couple of spelling/grammar mistakes in the text. 'Seen' for seeing, 'been' for being etc. On a training course one would expect a well educated and professional trainer. Very good course though, despite the above, because it's the content that matters and that was excellent.

I took the Food Hygiene level 2 and passed . The videos you watch before answering the questions were incredibly thorough and very informative .

Easily understood template for a method statement. I am the Trustee for a Scout group and we aim to follow best practice for mini-projects that we manage ourselves. This template is ideal.
The site suggests that there is a Method Statement template however the link takes you to a blank word document.
