The gentlemen were polite and made me feel at ease whilst at home. Work was carried out effectively, and explained thoroughly with what was happening and the equipment being used. Once work was finished the guys tidied up which was great! And also helped Mum understand the government procedures and funding in place for work to be carried out. Thank you so much!
