Jack has been absolutely wonderful reviewing 2 of our mortgages and helping us to change residential one to let to buy and getting a new one for our home! Not only this but when part of old mortgage came up for termination he contacted us well in advance to make sure we get best rates secured it and then 3 weeks later when interest rates went down managed to get us even better rate! We have been using Rob Plaistow from HQM&F through the process of buying a new house and I cannot be more complimentary of the service he provides. He is there for advice on everything, explains everything so we can understand, will help you out by interacting with solicitors on your behalf, give you advice on form filling and explaining legalese where he can. He finds you the best mortgages, solicitors, insurances etc. and is completely frank and transparent throughout the process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone else and will definitely be going back to him when our fixed term mortgage requires renewing.
