The hosting provides you best features and speed at the price but have poof service and site keep going down every 2-3 month and chat support does not help in time.
Always issues there, nothing resolutions, I think there are missing of knowledge.

Shared hosting plan says "Unlimited email accounts" are supported however the inside story is that if you make 1000 email accounts that is a breach to their fair usage policy for which there is no mention in terms and conditions. This is simply a way to mislead public into taking their hosting package.

I am using their services from past 4 years. I have hosted more than 50 websites on their servers. They were good in the beginning but suddenly last year they hiked their prices so much and reduced the quality. Now I don't know why but most of my websites are getting infected with malware. Sometimes I feel somebody is messing with my website files. But issue is, Hostripples do not help me for this. Not even they investigate how all this happening. Support team is sometimes rude. I cannot migrate my all websites on another hosting provider together but I have started doing it one by one. Soon I will be free from these tensions. Not Recommended at all.
Хостинг плохой испортился, то сервер сгорел вместе со всеми данными. Ни какой компенсации, то у них оборудование кривое. То сайт лежит сутки, а тех поддержка не может решить проблему. Походу умирает хостинг.
They are claiming as they are the best hosting provider but even they don't have a live chat option also

everything is good, uptime is good, but problem is that when we open our hosted site from any browser or any device the first request time takes lots of time to get back response on a simple basic HTML page, without using any other CSS or js or any other files. But when you requesting 2nd or more times it will get gack response super fast that i didn't expected at all. So that is the drawback of Hostripples that i have seen so far. Else everything very good than i expected.
