Brakuje informacji na temat modów, które są podane na stronie i są przez hosting promowane, Wielu informacji klient musi się domyśleć, takich jak: Obciążenia, które powoduje paczka modów Better Minecraft. Po kilkudniowych walkach z serwerem dowiedziałem się, iż była to kwestia za słabego wykupionego hostingu. Oferujecie pobranie owego moda z Państwa strony, lecz brak tam informacji jaki jest rekomendowany typ serwera. Również sami musimy dowiedzieć się jakie wymagania potrzebuje dany mod np. mod Better Minecraft potrzebuje minimum 10GB RAM, by serwer nie restartował się co kilka minut. W momencie skontaktowania z właścicielami dowiadujemy się, że wina stoi po stronie klienta poprzez niewiedzę. Niewiedza płynie między innymi ze strony hostingu, która nie jest w stanie z należytym szacunkiem pomóc w ramach problemów i jasno podać przedstawić swoje usługi. Szczerze nie polecam, więcej problemów, niż zabawy z gry.
