The amount of time it took to complete the courses matched the CEU hours earned. The course content was up to date and exactly what I was looking for. The tests were fair.
Easy and slick purchase and use. I like the variety of courses. The on-demand webinars are a favorite because they fit into my already packed work schedule. The one point I would improve would be to make organizing and editing registered courses more user-friendly. I have already noticed and appreciate the updates from last year!

I have emailed and tried to call for a refund. On the phone I was told my refund was processed and it has not beed. Customer service has not been good at all.

This website is difficult to navigate. It keeps asking me to buy a membership despite being logged in. I have already paid for an unlimited membership. I don’t need another one. I have a hard time finding my enrollments.
