I would COMPLETELY avoid this company. I booked a transfer for Budapest for my girlfriends 30th birthday and decided to go through your company as it gloats that it is 5* and winner of several prizes and awards. I opted to pay more to go for the 'Premier' option as I thought it would be a nice surprise. The image on the website depicts a smart looking Audi and differs from other pictures and descriptions. Looking at the description by clicking 'More info' it states 'Want more than a standard vehicle' and goes on to say 'absolute comfort' and states 'in most your airports, you will be met at Arrivals by your driver' finally 'will help you with your vehicle and with the rest of your transfer'. On arrival to Budapest we noticed a white board with peoples names in blue pen. I approached the lady who had my name on the board, she checked my paperwork and then called the driver, she said that he will be about 5 minutes. When the driver arrived (more like 10 minutes) he did not offer to help us with our luggage until we were practically at the car. I was horrified to be collected by a standard white van/minibus. Just as we took off the driver spent approximately 50% of the journey trying to sell us the Budapest Card. Whilst the driver was friendly and polite this just added to the lack of 'premier' that you listed and I paid for. On journey home at 3am we checked out of our hotel and noticed a yellow standard taxi waiting outside. We thought that it must have been for someone else, the hotel went and spoke to the driver and said it was ours, I was thinking 'you are having a laugh'. The driver spoke hardly any English and did not offer to help us. As we approached the airport the driver asked me was it Terminal 2 or 2a? I said I did not know! Again as stated on your website you 'will help you with your vehicle and with the rest of your transfer'. We pulled up outside the terminal he turned to me and said 'how are you paying?' 'cash or card' I explained that we have already paid, he looked frustrated, I pulled out our booking. He radioed into his taxi company again in a language that we did not understand, he did not explain to us what was going on. We were intimidated as we were stuck in his car not knowing what was happening. After several conversations with his taxi company he turned to me and said 'ok' (no apology or anything). He stayed in the car, we got out stuff and he drove off, with a very unimpressed face. I am absolutely appalled by your company and you have ruined the start and end of our special occasion. I believe that your website is misleading due to the imagery (lack of a sentence which states that images are for illustration purposes) which is illegal under the The Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008. you have been warned!
All as it should be , on time spot on
Wir wurden schon am Flughafen in Denpasar erwartet, obwohl die Maschine von Singapur 30 Minuten verspätet ankam. Der Fahrer ging sehr sorgfältig mit unseren zwei Koffern um. Die Fahrt zum Hotel war für uns sehr angenehm. Auch für die Rückreise vom Hotel zum Flughafen Denpasar ging alles problemlos über die Bühne. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Holidaytaxi nur weiter empfehlen.
Die Administration war gut und hilfsbereit. Der Fahrer nett. Er fuhr sicher und kannte sich sehr gut aus. Jedoch war die ihm zugeteilte Tour zu lang,und wir mussten zuerst 30 Min. bis zu Abfahrt warten. Danach dauerte die Fahrt anstelle von ca. 1Std. 30 Min. rund 2 Stunden. Wir sassen also schlussendlich 2,5 Stunden im Bus. Dies für eine Strecke, die ein PW in 45 Min. bewältigt. Dies empfand ich als sehr mühsam
Konnten immer eine Lösung finden, 24 Stunden persönlich erreichbar - das haben andere nicht! Einfach zu buchen

Bei Ankunft am Flughafen Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) gleich am Schalter an den richtigen Bus verwiesen, der ca. 10 min später losfuhr. Auch die Rückfahrt superpünktlich. Der große Vorteil gegenüber einem normalen Bus: man wird vor der Tür des Hotels abgesetzt und wieder abgeholt und hat damit sehr kurze Wege mit dem Gepäck und in unserem Fall nur 4,15 € teurer für 2 Personen.

Wir hatten auf Kuba dreimal den Service von Holiday-Taxis in Anspruch genommen. Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Hinsichtlich der abgesprochenen Abholzeiten gibt es jedoch noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

In Thailand 3 x benutzt, jedes Mal mit einem professionellen Fahrer, nur gute Erfahrung. Pünktlich, sicher und angenehm.
Obwohl Sammeltaxi geordert, war ich der einzige Fahrgast sowohl auf dem Hinweg wie auch auf dem Rückweg. Transfer war pünktlich, sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Das war nicht mein letzter Transfer mit Holidaytaxis.
